BACKGROUND
I worked on The North Face across Europe over three years. The brand operates across multiple performance communities including trail running, hiking, climbing and snowboarding, each with distinct cultures and behaviours. Ideas were developed at speed specifically for social environments, building concepts designed to work across platforms and at high volume across multiple languages.
Whether it was for product drops or big seasonal campaigns, concepts were centred around authentic environments. Ideas flexed across short form video, reels, carousels, stories and athlete led content, allowing the same creative idea to scale across formats while remaining native to how audiences engage with each platform. Detail and quality were key despite the fast turnarounds.
